D Cow Boy is the licensed owner of the brand D COWBOY and the website dcowboy.com & dcowboy.in (‘’the Site’’), and/or any sub-domains and/or the mobile application (collectively the ‘’Platform’’). Respects your privacy. D COW BOY is the controller responsible for the processing of your data; exceptions are outlined in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy provides:
⚫ the kind of information that D COW BOY may collect from you when you access or use the Platform, and avail the Services or purchase the Products; and
⚫ the manner in which your data is collected and used by D COW BOY on the Platform.

In the event, you grant access to any third party to our Services/Products under your account, then the terms ‘’user’’, ‘’you’’, ‘’your’’ shall by inference include such third party, and this Privacy Policy to the extent permitted under law shall mutatis-mutandis apply to such third party. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, it shall be your sole responsibility to make such third-party user(s) being granted access under your authorization aware of the terms of this Privacy Policy and adhere to its obligation. You shall be liable to indemnify D COW BOY against any claims or breach of this Privacy Policy by such third-party user(s).
When and what information we collect:
As part of the registration process on the Platform, and for the purpose of providing Services/Products to you, D COW BOY may collect the following personally identifiable information and sensitive personal data about you: Name including first and last name, alternate email address, mobile phone number and contact details, Postal code, Demographic profile (like your age, gender, occupation, education, address etc.), and other information which is capable of identifying you and financial information (payment instrument information, transactions, transaction history, preference in reference to the mode and manner of payment, spending pattern or trends, and other similar data), information about the pages on the Platform you visit/access, the links you click on the Platform, the number of times you access the page and any such browsing information. We collect this information:
D COW BOY will collect personally identifiable information about you only as part of a voluntary registration process, on-line survey or any combination thereof. The Platform may contain links to other websites. D COW BOY is not responsible for the privacy practices of such websites which it does not own, manage or control. The Platform and third-party vendors, including Google, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookies) and third-party cookies (such as the Double Click cookie) together to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the Platform.
How we use the information we collect:
D COW BOY will use your personal information for the following lawful purpose:

⚫ to provide for promotional offers to you through the Platform and other channels;

With whom your information will be shared
D COW BOY will not use your financial information for any purpose other than to complete a transaction with you. D COW BOY does not rent, sell or share your personal information and will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information to third parties. In cases where it has your permission to provide Products or Services you’ve requested, and such information is necessary to provide these Products or Services the information may be shared with D COW BOY’s business associates and partners. D COW BOY may, however, share consumer information on an aggregate with its partners or third parties where it deems necessary. In addition D COW BOY may use this information for promotional offers, to help investigate, prevent or take action regarding unlawful and illegal activities, suspected fraud, potential threat to the safety or security of any person, violations of the Platform’s terms of use or to defend against legal claims; special circumstances such as compliance with subpoenas, court orders, requests/order from legal authorities or law enforcement agencies requiring such disclosure.
How do we protect your information?
To protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under its control, D COW BOY has in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures. For example, D COW BOY servers are accessible only to authorized personnel and your information is shared with employees and authorized personnel on a need to know basis to complete the transaction and to provide the Services/Products requested by you. Although D COW BOY will endeavor to safeguard the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information, transmissions made by means of the Internet cannot be made absolutely secure. By using this Platform, you agree that D COW BOY will have no liability for disclosure of your information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties. However, if you suspect any data breach including misuse or loss or unauthorized access to your data, please let D COW BOY know immediately by contacting on the email address provided in this Privacy Policy.
Retention of your information:
D COW BOY retains your personal information as long as necessary for the use of our Products and/or Services or to provide access to and use of the Platform, or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, enforcing our agreements and as long as processing and retaining your information is necessary for our legitimate interest. Because these needs can vary for different data types and purposes, actual retention periods can vary significantly. Even if we delete your information including on account of your rights below, it may persist on backup or archival media for audit, legal, tax or regulatory purposes.
Children and Disabled Person:
D COW BOY does not provide Services/Products directly to children under the age of 18 years or proactively collect their personal data. However, D COW BOY may allow children to use D COW BOY’s Services/Products provided that their parents or legal guardians give their verifiable consent. The parent or the legal guardian, as applicable shall assume all responsibility and legal liability for the conduct of such child including, without limitation, monitoring the child’s access and use of D COW BOY’s Services/Products.
If D COW BOY learns that the personal data of a child has been collected without verifiable parental consent, cause any detrimental effect on the well-being of a child, or behavior of children, then D COW BOY may take the appropriate steps to delete such information. However, if you discover your child has submitted his/her data to us, you may request to have such data deleted from our database by sending an e-mail request on the email-id given under ‘’Contact Us’’. Upon receiving the request, D COW BOY shall ensure to delete such information from D COW BOY’s database within a reasonable time.
A person with disability who has a lawful guardian may use D COW BOY’s Services/Products, provided that the legal guardians of such disabled person shall give their consent to such person using D COW BOY’s Services/Products. The legal guardian shall assume all responsibility and legal liability for the conduct of such person including, without limitation, monitoring the person’s access and use of D COW BOY’s Services/Products.
If we learn that D COW BOY’s Services are being used by a disable person without obtaining verifiable consent of their legal guardian, then D COW BOY may take the appropriate steps to delete such information. However, if the lawful guardian discovers the disabled person has submitted his/her data to D COW BOY without their consent, the lawful guardian may have such data deleted from D COW BOY database by sending an e-mail request on the email-id given under ‘Contact Us’. Upon receiving the request, D COW BOY shall ensure to delete such information from D COW BOY’s database within reasonable time.
Your rights and choices:
When D COW BOY processes information about you, D COW BOY does so with your consent and/or as necessary to operate D COW BOY’s business, meet its contractual and legal obligations, protect the security of D COW BOY’s systems and customers, or fulfil other legitimate interests of D COW BOY as described in this Privacy Policy. You may however, request for the following:

⚫ access your information or request its deletion or anonymization.

To correct or update any information you have provided, the Platform allows you to do it online. You may also submit a request for deletion of your personal information or withdraw of consent or in the event of loss of access details you can send an email to: info@dcowboy.com D COW BOY does not charge you for any such request. Where D COW BOY is legally permitted to do so, D COW BOY may refuse your request. If D COW BOY refuses your request, D COW BOY will tell you the reason why.
Changes to Privacy Policy:
D COW BOY reserves the right to change or update this policy at any time. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. You can access the latest version of this Privacy Policy at any given time on D COW BOY’s Platform and it shall be your responsibility to stay updated on any changes to this Privacy Policy. Once posted, those changes are effective immediately, unless stated otherwise. In case you disapprove the Privacy Policy or withdraw your consent then you should immediately cease to use the Platform. The terms of this Privacy Policy shall be read with and as an integral part of the terms and conditions.
Selling your data is strictly against our policy. We track your events and share them with our third-party analytics partners to provide you with better Services/Products.
